TRAINING specific requirements of the UNE EN ISO 9001.2015 standard

The object of the training course was studying the requirements of the international standard, analysis of requirements, certification process, as well as guidelines to carry out for the correct implementation of the ISO 9001.
The three most important areas are:

Continuous improvement
During the course of the training, practical cases were carried out in order to assimilate the requirements related to the focus on processes (Process Mapping), customer requirements (Customer Analysis and Stakeholders), as well as continuous improvement.
The training has been highly valued by the attendees since the knowledge of the applicable requirements has meant seen future’s CIIMAR’s Quality Management System as an achievable objective.
